Khelo India Ladakh Winter Games, 2020 Ice-Hockey tournament to be held in Drass, Kargil Leh, Mar 05: The Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh is going to organize the Khelo India Ladakh Winter Games 2020 U.T level Ice Hockey Tournament at Drass from March 8 to March 11, 2020. The top three teams from Men’s Category of Leh district have qualified for the said competition. The details of the qualified teams are ITBP team of Leh Block, Shachukul Club of Durbuk block and Chuchot Club of Chuchot Block. And top three teams from Men’s Category of Kargil district are Zgang Chiktan of Chitan block, Drass Red of Drass Block and Pashkum B of Shargol block. The top two teams from women teams are Leh Falcons of Leh block and Yak Kanji of Khaltse block. The men’s competition shall be played on League basis by dividing the teams into two equal groups and the final match shall be played between the top team of both the groups. The women teams shall direct play their final match on March 8, 2020 on international women’s day. The winner, runner up & 3rd place teams shall be awarded with Trophies and case prizes. The teams will be leaving to Drass on 7th of March 2020 at 9: am from the original destinations. |
