Army organizes Ice Hockey Tournament




To encourage the youth from remote areas to pursue sports, Forever In-Operations Division of Indian Army with support of local community created an Ice Hockey Rink at Takmatan and provided requisite equipments at Chiktan.

Youth from various areas participated enthusiastically and wholeheartedly in the Ice Hockey Tournament organized by the Army recently. A total of 11 teams participated in the tournament. The final of the inaugural Army Cup of Ice Hockey was organized today by Indian Army Forever In-Operation Division under Operation Sadhbhavana at Takmatan, Chiktan.
